ADHD Treatment - Brain Training app good for
This app was a great idea, but it was driving me nuts. It should have been a daily exercise of about 15 min/day, but I got to a level (89) where I had no chance to pass, no matter how long and how many times I tried... And then.... the programmers made a miracle so that I am now exercising again! What Im still missing r statistics and reference data.
Honestly, I really had my doubts about whether or not this would actually work but within 10 minutes I could really feel myself starting to concentrate. Already noticed a difference at work!
This game appears simple but is harder than it looks. Really enjoyable challenge. Wish it would repeat instructions when you redo a level. Also please change the following typos, theyre driving me crazy! Evertime should be everYtime and it is occurs NOT occurEs.
Really a challenge. Seems to help in my day to day life, even if its just because Im thinking about areas I need to improve.
Use it before you start what you have to do in your regular day basis.
Making progress but seems very gradual. It needs iCloud linking so that results can be restored.
Some bad moments
Sorry, I think that the exercises can improve my focus by trough the time, but you know, the ADHD pacientes give up easily when something doesnt lock your attention, and sincerely, this software is very boring, the exercises and mainly the noises, for me its pratically impossible to continue, tks
Either the app logic is botched, or several intelligent people cannot figure it out.
The first few days see the app function adequately but after the combination logic kicks in a couple of says in, confusion begins.
Descriptions of interaction do not deal with combinations of conditions, and trying to figure out the rules in some of the levels becomes frustrating, and perhaps futile.
Unless frustration is good for you, this app has some logic to check, or instructions to revise.
If you have kids getting frustrated with this program, I think it may not be their fault.
I have adult ADHD and am colour blind. The exercises are fun and probably help a bit with concentration but are mostly based on colour recognition unfortunately. Seeing as close to 10% of the population is afflicted with this disability, it would be nice to have a colour blind mode.
Ive tried a few different digital treatments for my ADHD and this really is the best by far. Certainly the easiest to use and I love being able to use it on the go.
Great app. I have Type 1 ADHD and this has really helped with my focus.
Level 20 instructions say "dont tap after the color green" then just says "dont tap"... Dont tap what! Anything? I dont get it.
